Two malt kilns automation
This contract required new control software for two malt kilns in a malt house and its objective was maintaining malt quality while cutting production costs. Thanks to the innovative technological solutions from a partner company Project Malt, the objective was successfully accomplished.
SOUFLET AGRO, Litovice
SW for automatic control of cereal grain transport to silo, for cleaning and for dipping, dust aspiration
Controlling grain transport is a fully automated process, operators select a route and the Simatic S7 machine takes care of the rest, including blockage and damage detection. Up to 12 transport routes with up to 25 drivers each can operate simultaneously. Total scope of this project was approximately 1300 I/O.

SW for control and monitoring of malt drying (in kilns)
Once again, we have utilized our years of experience with malt production control. This time, we helped modernize kiln drying process in Rajhrad malt house.
SAVENCIA, Sedlčany
Milk intake modernization, service
We have provided a turnkey solution for Savencia dairy in Sedlčany. The objective was disassembling the existing control system including switchboards and provide and commission new Siemens PCS7 control system including new control switchboards. This contract has proven challenging due to the inability to shut down the milk intake process. All work had to be done gradually during operation.
In addition, we provide the dairy with regular service that includes pasteurization technology, and fresh cheese production and purification.

Automation of a dipping room for travelling pieces
In this malt house, we have provided a solution for malt dipping technology. The technology is controlled by Simatic S7 and controlling can be done via our OpenSCADA visualization.
