About us

We are an engineering company specializing in industrial automation. Our core activities are control and visualization software development, supply of I&C and high-voltage devices, commissioning and warranty and post-warranty service. Since its establishment in 2014, PB Control s.r.o. has utilized to the full the experience and expertise of its essential personnel.

So far, we completed contracts for companies in mechanical and power engineering, as well as food and chemical industries where control of technological processes must meet particularly strict quality requirements. Our team of specialists realizes not only end-customer requirements, but also cooperates with our business partners in their contracts. We are constantly expanding, and striving to improve our expertise in new and interesting fields.

OUR SERVICES

PLC & SCADA & DCS & MES & ERP PROGRAMMING
Our main activities include creating control and visualization software for our partners, i.e. companies delivering technological systems to end customers, but we also deliver to end customers. We program mainly control systems Simatic, DeltaV and BECKHOFF, but also IDEC, etc. Our clients can choose whether they want to use our proprietary visualization, or WinCC, Control Web, Movicon, InTouch and many others.
WARRANTY AND POST-WARRANTY SERVICE
Service is an integral part of what we do. We offer warranty and post-warranty service for contracts we participate in. We are often contacted by customers that have problems with production lines supplied by contractor who either has gone out of business or is not available for some other reason. In such cases, we are capable of evaluating the problem on-site, come up with a solution and, after the client’s approval, swiftly fix the problem.
TURNKEY PROJECTS
We are capable of performing turnkey contracts. These projects usually include the consultation regarding technological and instrumentation drawing and control functions, preparation of project documentation, delivery of hardware and software, delivery of power and I&C switchboards, wiring installation and revision, programming control and visualization software, testing and commissioning, operator training, drafting a manual for operators and as-built documentation.
DEVELOPMENT OF OWN VISUALIZATION SOFTWARE
In addition to performing contracts, we also do research and development. We started developing our own visualization software in 2016. To meet strict requirements of our clients, we have developed a visualization that runs in a standard web browser, has a client/server architecture and uses modern computer technology. It natively communicates with the SIEMENS Simatic system and other PLCs using industrial standard OPC UA.

PLC Programmer (Contract or Full-Time)

Do you want to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to innovative projects in the field of industrial automation? Our company is looking for a skilled PLC programmer to help us with the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation systems.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Programming and configuring PLC systems (Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.) and DCS systems (DeltaV, PCS 7, etc.)
  • Maintenance, optimization, and diagnostics of existing automation processes
  • Cooperation with a team of engineers in the design and implementation of new projects
  • Testing and commissioning systems
  • Technical support in troubleshooting

What do we expect from you?

  • Education in the field of electrical engineering, automation, or a related field
  • Experience with PLC programming (experience with various platforms is an advantage)
  • Ability to read and create technical documentation
  • Independence, diligence, and willingness to learn new things
  • A driver's license is an advantage
